Dream and Reality
The beautiful legeng ,Chang'e flying to zhe moon, implies the dream of Chinese to explore the Moon . For thousands of years ,we Chinese have been working hard for it one generation after another . The moon orbiter ,Chang’e One,is named after the fairy . And the successful launch marks the nation's first step towards realizing its dream of exploring the Moon.
Indeed,I've got to learn a lot from this historycal event . First of all ,we need dreams in our life ,for they are the primitive drive to everything .Then we should follow our dreams and nevergive up.At the same time we have to be aware that the path to any success may not be easy to go though .Yet whatever we do ,we should believe “Where there is a will ,there is a way ." And then try our best to make our dreams come true.

Dear Mr. Headmaster,
I am Li Yue, a student from Class 1, Senior II. I am writing to draw your attention to some improper behaviour among us students: littering and scribbling. They not only make our school dirty and unpleasant, but hurt our school image badly. I always feel ashamed whenever I see them. It is clearly not appropriate for a student to litter or scribble about. I hope that the school will have more bins around to put rubbish in, and rules that eliminate such annoying actions. At the same time, students should be encouraged to keep the campus clean, tidy and enjoyable. I believe that with the joint efforts of both teachers and students our school will become a more enjoyable place in the near future.
Thank you for your consideration.

Good morning, everyone !
The topic of my speech today is “Thoughts on becoming a grown-up.”
As a child, I always hoped that I could grow up as soon as possible so that I could have whatever I wanted and do whatever I liked. Now I’m a grown-up, but I find things do not go as I expected. Although I can enjoy more freedom, at the same time I realize that being a grown-up not only means this, but also more responsibilities. I hope to do more for my parents and society in the future to make my life more meaningful. To reach the goal, I must first try my best to pass the college entrance examination and enter a good university.(106words)

In recent years, “volunteer”珐become a more and more popular word among people all over the world, especially in China. Thanks to so many volunteers can we made so many events smoothly. In a nutshell, I think volunteer is a bridge to friendship between people to people and country to country.
Volunteers can be a bright light to those who are in the dark difficulty. A case in point is the May 12 earthquake. The earthquake left thousands of homeless people, causihg a big problem to both the country and the victims themselves. It's them — the light brhger — volunteers, who came to the front line, so that the victims can see the bright future.
Volunteer actions are of tremendous benifits not only to the people in need, but also to the society. According to a latest survey, there are about 1,700,700 people took part in the volunteering jobs. But for their great devotion, we couldn't have held the 2008 Olympic Games successfully.
Volunteers believes that the happiest people in the world are those help to bring hapiness to others. People in other countries see the volunteer spirt in the organisational ability and the individual charmihg.
The world witness the spread spirit of Chinese volunteers. Only in the way that all the nations unit together, offering help to each other can we do wonders and creat a harmonous society. And what's more, we should encourage more youths join such good things.
In the end, we can come to an conclusion that volunteer......余下全文>>
I'm glad you'll come to Beijing to learn Chinese. Chinese is very useful, and many foreigners are learning it now. It's difficult for you because it's quite different from English. You have to remember as many Chinese words as possible. It's also important to do some reading and writing. You can watch TV and listen to the radio to practise your listening. Do your best to talk with people in Chinese. You can learn Chinese not only from books but also from people around you. If you have any questions, please ask me. I'm sure you'll learn Chinese well.
Hope to see you soon in Beijing.
My Home Town
My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.
But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.
In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved.
I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.
In ten years,I think I‘ll be a reporter.I‘ll live in Shanghai, because I went to Shanghai last year and fell in love with it.I think it‘s really a beautiful city.As a reporter,I think I will meet lots of interesting people.I think I‘ll live in an apartment with my best friends, because I don‘t like living alone.
I‘ll have pets.I can‘t have any pets now because my mother hates them and our apartment is too small. So in ten years,I‘ll have many different pets.I might even keep a pet parrot! I‘ll probably go skating and swimming every day.During the week I‘ll look smart, and probably will wear a suit.
On the weekends, I‘ll be able to dress more casually. I think I‘ll go to Hong Kong on vacation, and one day I might even visit Australia.
Should tourists take photos with animals？
Koalas in wildlife parks can‘t fall asleep because tourists keep disturbing them. The movement is thinking to make the tourists’ behaviour illegal to protect the animals.
When people are visiting wildlife parks， they like to take photographs with animals. Reasons for this are varied. Some people may think taking photos with animals are funny in contrast with taking photos with other persons. Others may think that it will be an interesting experience to take photos with animals during their visit.
If I were an animal in the wildlife park， I would feel annoyed when people keep photographing with me. My life would be greatly influenced and I wouldn‘t feel happy at all！ I think I should have some private space and time to relax myself.
However， I don‘t agree if it is announced illegal to take photos with animals. Tourists pay for tickets to visit the wildlife park and it will be a pity for them if they can’t have a photo with an animal. Perhaps wildlife parks can set some special time， during which tourists can take photos with animals. It can both satisfy tourists and protect the animals.
I’m very happy to receive your letter, and I’m glad to hear that you will go to China to learn Chinese here. I have already found a fiat for you. It is on Fangcao Street, which is not far from Jianxin Chinese School. Bus No.11 can take you there, and it is one stop before the Chinese School. The flat is on the third floor with 3 rooms, one of which is bedroom, the other two are bathroom and kitchen. There are a bed, a sofa, a desk and some chairs in this 25 square-metres small fiat, and the rent is 500 yuan per month. Maybe this fiat is not as good as your wish, but I’ll try my best to meet your needs. If it is not suitable enough, write to me and I will look for another better place.
Hope you will come here soon!
All the best!
